Category 3 (CEO Consulting) and 4 (leadership development and large scale change)

This was a large-scale change initiative utilizing the same process we implemented at Marshalls/MarMaxx. We trained every leader in the company within 10 days, every regional leader and store manager in 5 days and all corporate staff in one week.

We accomplished this by training regional managers in 2.5 days sessions in mass with 18 facilitators doing breakouts and deep dives in the Leadership theory. Our executive sponsor was so blown away with what we were able to do in such a short period of time they brought us into other Kmart holdings companies such as Borders and Sports Authority.
