We turned the service warranty process around nationwide while turning the customer stories from slow and unresponsive to proactive and personalized.

We worked with every group President to develop a service plan knowing word of mouth would lead to a dramatic increase in referrals and an increase in sales of which both occurred in double digits in every division across DR Horton who, at the time, was the nation's largest home builder. We cascaded the principles down to the front line who were then given the autonomy to solve customer problems on the spot.
