Angus Barn
This client was a living laboratory to demonstrate our recognition, customer service and front-line leadership principles. We were so successful in our work with Angus Barn and all of Thad Eure’s restaurant concepts.
The success was that we brought each client into the Angus Barn prior to engaging with us so they could whiteness first hand, anonymously, what a Raving Fan’s service culture was like as a customer and with the ability to see what an engage ed competent workforce was able to accomplish.
Every night it was a feat to witness serving 2300 plates. The legendary service at the Angus Barn is known all over the east coast and to some degree all over the country, now run by Thad’s daughter Van who has continues to seek counsel and advise 25 years later.
