Five action-oriented interactive modules on the MetLife retention strategy resulted in higher persistency, earnings and cross sell. 98% of the global participants surveyed felt the time they took to engage in the training was a worthwhile investment.

GES provides Red Hat with a global recognition program spanning 43 countries with culturally relevant, in country reward delivery. The program allows managers and peers to recognize each other through both monetary rewards and e-thank you’s.
